Of Alaska's 29 counties, Kenai Peninsula Borough had the most land and rural real estate for sale. The most expensive property listed for sale in Alaska on Lands of America recently was $11 million, while the median price for land for sale in Alaska came in at $1 million. The average price of land and rural real estate for sale in Alaska was $2 million.
