Recent internal data shows over $459 million in land and rural property for sale in The Last Frontier. This comprises a total of 29,508 acres of land for sale in the state. Of the 29 counties in the state, Fairbanks North Star Borough had the most rural property and land for sale. There were 48 acres of sold land in Alaska recorded last month through the Lands of America sales program. Matanuska-Susitna, Prince Wales Ketchikan, and Yukon Koyukuk Borough had the most land sales recently in the state.
